Clown Fairy Wrasse - found over a wide range of the Pacific Ocean. A colorful and active addition to your reef aquarium, the Clown Fairy needs a sand substrate with some depth, as they bury themselves to sleep or hide. Also requires live rock for feeding and shelter. A carnivore, they need a “meaty” diet. A tri-colored fish discovered by Bleeker in 1851, it is a brilliant combination of blue, red and green, with a whitish underside. Likes an aquarium of saltwater that is 50-gallons or larger, and plant life to hide under. Peaceful with other fish, the males are territorial within their own species. Compatible with other wrasses and saltwater fish. Grows to 5”.
